Payment required in full to reserve services. May cancel thirty days prior to service and receive full refund. Otherwise, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. You may also be asked to sign a service agreement form before any service is performed, to insure that both you and ReDefine agree on terms and service.

Time Allowances

Please be ready for your appointment on time. Should you need to remove your make-up, you will be given the opportunity to do so.
Please allow 50-60 minutes for make-up applications, an extra 15 minutes for false lashes.
